THE FOUNDER / OFFERTORIUM
Dante Richardson
Entrepreneur. Venture developer.
Founder of Offertorium.
Known publicly as TechKanye, Dante Richardson brings together technology, business development, and community building to explore how independent people can create more together.
Building the systems behind opportunity.
Dante’s work centers on turning ideas into products, connecting people with complementary strengths, and creating the organizational foundations that help ventures develop. His areas of focus include product innovation, growth strategy, AI agentic business systems, and blockchain utility.
Through Offertorium, he is developing Offertoria: a venture ecosystem for Builders and Generators. Builders contribute through design, engineering, research, and product development. Generators contribute through sales, marketing, partnerships, storytelling, and community. The shared goal is to connect those abilities to useful work.
EXPERIENCE IN PRACTICE
Entrepreneurship and access to opportunity.
In its December 2023 coverage of Buffalo Startup Week, Cornell University’s ILR School identified Dante Richardson as a strategic innovation advisor at its Criminal Justice and Employment Initiative. As a panelist, he discussed helping justice-impacted households develop skills and participate in the regional economy.
That work reflects a continuing theme in his approach: opportunity depends on the knowledge, relationships, and systems people can access.

From individual ambition to collective capacity.
Offertorium’s Venture System begins with people, then community and content. It expands toward digital products, agency services, assets, capital, infrastructure, and institutions. Each stage is intended to build the capabilities needed for the next.
Offertorio AI is the proposed intelligence layer for that ecosystem. It is being designed to help organize knowledge, evaluate ideas, develop missions, connect collaborators, and support learning. The Founding 100 will help turn this direction into working products and practices.
Dante Richardson and TechKanye.
TechKanye is Dante’s public creator identity for sharing his perspective on entrepreneurship, technology, and building Offertorium. The emphasis is on the work behind a venture: understanding problems, designing solutions, organizing talent, and developing a community around a shared purpose.
His approach draws on learning design, systems thinking, design thinking, and future thinking—connecting what people need to learn with what they can build and how an organization can grow.
Build the next chapter.
